AI-DAC Project ("the Project") establishes this Privacy Policy regarding the handling of users' personal information in the AI-DAC service ("the Service").
1. Information We Collect
1.1 World ID Verification Data
The Service uses Zero-Knowledge Proofs via World ID to verify users' humanity. The following information is obtained in this process:
- Nullifier Hash: An anonymous identifier ensuring user uniqueness
- Merkle Root: Data for verifying proof validity
- Verification Level: Orb / Device authentication level
Important: The Project does not collect or store any biometric data (such as iris scan data). Biometric verification is completed entirely within the World ID system provided by Tools for Humanity, and only zero-knowledge proofs are transmitted to the Project.
1.2 Wallet Address
We obtain your World Chain wallet address to use the Service. This is required for token distribution and on-chain operations.

- In-app action history (UBI claims, votes, etc.)
- Access timestamps
- Device type and OS information
2. Purpose of Use
Collected information is used solely for the following purposes:
- UBI Distribution: For accurate distribution of DAC tokens
- Governance Voting: To ensure fair one-person-one-vote participation
- Fraud Prevention: To prevent fraudulent claims through multiple accounts
- Service Improvement: To enhance user experience
3. Blockchain Data
The following data is recorded on World Chain (a public blockchain):
- Wallet addresses
- Token balances and transfer history
- Governance voting records
Note: Data recorded on the blockchain cannot be deleted or modified by nature. However, this data is linked to wallet addresses and does not directly identify individuals.
