The Service is an AI-driven Distributed Autonomous Corporation (AI-DAC) platform where AI autonomously conducts economic activities and distributes profits to users as Universal Basic Income (UBI).

- Daily UBI distribution via DAC tokens
- Democratic decision-making through governance voting
2. Eligibility
2.1 User Requirements
To use the Service, you must meet the following requirements:
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Hold a World App account
- Complete World ID verification (Orb Level)
2.2 Accounts
Each user may hold only one account. The World ID mechanism technically prevents the creation of multiple accounts.
3. DAC Tokens
3.1 Token Nature
DAC tokens are utility tokens used within the Service's ecosystem.
- DAC tokens are not financial products
- The value of DAC tokens is not guaranteed
- DAC tokens are not designed for investment purposes
- Token price fluctuations may result in losses
3.2 UBI Distribution
UBI distribution amounts vary based on AI CEO performance and protocol settings. Distribution amounts are not guaranteed.
4. AI-Generated Content
Regarding AI CEO analyses, proposals, and other AI-generated content in the Service:
- The accuracy of AI-generated information is not guaranteed
- AI decisions are not investment advice
- Actions taken based on AI-generated content are at the user's own risk
5. Governance
Users hold one-person-one-vote voting rights based on World ID verification. Votes are recorded on the blockchain to ensure transparency. Governance decisions are executed based on voting results.
6. Prohibited Activities
Users shall not engage in the following activities:
- Obtaining or circumventing World ID verification through fraudulent means
- Creating or attempting to create multiple accounts
- Exploiting smart contract vulnerabilities
- Money laundering or other illegal activities using the Service
- Harassment, fraud, or impersonation of other users
- Intentional attacks or service disruption against the Service's infrastructure
7. Disclaimers
7.1 Service Provision
The Service is provided "as is." The Project assumes no liability for service interruptions, errors, or data loss to the fullest extent permitted by law.
7.2 Blockchain Risks
The Project is not responsible for risks inherent to blockchain technology (network failures, forks, gas fee fluctuations, etc.).
7.3 Economic Risks
The Project assumes no liability for DAC token value fluctuations, decreased liquidity, or other economic losses.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Project's liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law. In no event shall the Project be liable for indirect, consequential, or lost profit damages.
9. Service Changes and Termination
The Project may modify or terminate the Service with prior notice.
10. Changes to Terms
The Project may modify these Terms from time to time. Users will be notified of significant changes through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
